Was listening to some new songs as I studied and I heard this. It's a nice song with very sweet lyrics, so I decided to put it up!

Down

I can't believe it
Tell me I'm dreaming
That we are still "we"

It was amazing
Said you were lucky
That you found me

It was on a rainy day that we met
You didn't have a place to go
I said we just met so lets go slow but no
You just told me to keep you from the cold

Sorry I can't take it
Why did you fake it
Why did we kiss

And I'm just down
You left me with a note without a sound
I figured I must have been such a child
You'll never know how much I've been around
How my heart just frowns

If you're down
I'll be your teddy bear, I'll be your clown
I'll take you round and round and
If you don't mind I could be your standing ground
Even it that means I'd drown

I said we just met so lets go slow but no
You just told me to keep you from the cold

Sorry I can't take it
Why did you fake it
Oh why did we kiss

And I'm just down
You left me with a note without a sound
I figured I must have been such a child
You'll never know how much I've been around
How my heart just frowns

If you're down
I'll be your teddy bear, I'll be your clown
I'll take you round and round and
If you don't mind I could be your standing ground
Even it that means I'd drown

And baby. that'll be my one last vow

I like this part of the chorus best:

How my heart just frowns
If you're down
I'll be your teddy bear, I'll be your clown
I'll take you round and round and
If you don't mind I could be your standing ground
Even it that means I'd drown

Heh. Now back to studying!

o5. BIA expt 5
o6. CANT THINKKKK...
o7. EXAMMMMMMMMMMSSSSSSSS

Wheee!! I'm all done! HEhh!!

Secondly, a list of happy things!

o1. BIA exam. I'm done with BIA! And the paper was alright!!
o2. My monkey called back!! I regret not talking to him longer! Damn.

One question I asked myself as I looked at this page was, "Should I blog?".

Then I decided that I should, and that I should also keep my English in check. My English has been doing nothing but deproving. I'm taking Oral Comm in year three, and I'll have to present for my final year project (fyp). All this thought about the fyp scares me. I mean, its a huge project, with a huge report, and group work is very important. Besides, we don't have a confirmed group, or any projects to consider either. Oh well. First, the exams, then OITP, then FYP. I can take my time to think about FYP later. Wahahaha.

Exam progress hasn't been very good. I've started on Molecular Biology, considering the huge amount of things to study for it. I spent 4 hours at tiong BK yesterday, but I only wrote five pages of notes on transcription, and started on the classes of RNA. I still have plenty to go.

From tomorrow onwards, I'll focus on BIA. I must do well. MUST! Thats the only way to improve my GPA. Argh. GPA!!!!

Every single thing you do in poly affects the GPA. The assignments, quizes, datasheets... Damn the GPA. Hahahahaha. Oh well. I'm just complaining cause I'm not doing well.

Leaving Singapore soon. Darling leaving sooner. One week without him... Guess its a warmup to the six weeks ba. =( I want to bring my laptop, but should I? Will it get stolen?

HELLLPPPPP!

Its the time of the semester. The rush, the rage, almost-gonna-pull-out-my-hair time of the the sem. Oh well. Ho thiam aik was right. Start on your case study early, if not when the tests come, you'll be too busy. Well, somehow, the presence of the ongoing tests already made us nuts and we didn't heed his advice. And now, we suffer. Damn.

Somehow i really appreciate Ho as a lecturer. He really understands what students wants and gives up certain perks. He teaches well (best lecturer this sem), he's terribly cute (not looks lar), and never fails to give hints. Hahaha. His favourite student is the one that always skips class. So he's the target to answer questions in tutorials. He manages class well, and only have a small problem with pronunciation. I still understand him though, so its alright.

Meanwhile, some lecturers are just terrible. Lets not name names now... Wahahaha. But the mad rush has been tiring me, and what I really want now is a rest. I've got many assignments on hand, but I need a rest from all that studying! Been studying from Sunday to Tuesday without much rest because of LMBS and Metbio. And my Env? I don't know lar. I feel like casting everything aside for a day so that I can take a breather, before I can continue. Trying to finish everything now isn't the best idea. Exams are coming. If I don't take a break now, my brain won't be able to take it and I won't do well. I know it myself.

Simin remarked after the metbio test, "Feel like we just finished an O levels paper." And I agree! There was just so much to study, an information overload, for an ICA module. The questions weren't easy, the test was semi-open book(thank God!), and yet for a 15 mark question, no one got same answers. Ok, shall stop talking about it.

Making a list of what to get done....

o1. BIA Case Study (check)
o2. GEMs assignment
o3. EnvStud test
o4. BIA expt 4
o5. BIA expt 5
o6. CANT THINKKKK...
o7. EXAMMMMMMMMMMSSSSSSSS

Ahhhhhh! Grrrrrr! Oh well. I'll get back to my gems assignment. Hahaha. Oh yar, Cedric tagged me. Hahahaha. I'll play along....

Name five of life's simple pleasures that you like most, then pick five people to do the same. Try to be original and creative and not use things that someone else has already used.

o1. Lying in his arms...
o2. Him lying in my arms..
o3. Crying to the Lord, giving Him my life... Simply praising without any fanfare...
o4. Food. Being able to eat is a pleasure. People often forget that!
o5. Visiting another country, sitting and enjoying the serenity during lunch. No stress, no woes, just peace...

Okay, five people I tag.

o1.
Kaanthan (he says no one reads his blog. prove him wrong!!)
o2.
Joyce (take time to appreciate the simple pleasures k?)
o3. Peipei (didn't link ya...)
o4.
Ah Gong (just thought u would bother)
o5.
Anna (if you still read my blog....)

Just a final note..

I love my Monkey~~

I don't know what I'm doing recently, I somehow forgot that the semester isn't over and I've got millions of things to mug. I missed a test on friday, was feeling too sick to go to school. Got an mc, and some medication. Still not feeling the best I should be.

Maybe its just the enviro test I missed, or the sum total of the tests I have to faced within the next week. If I have to retake my enviro, that will be three tests next week. Not good. I really need to put in ALOT of work for LMBS and Metbio on tuesday and wednesday respectively. Sigh. After next week I'll feel alot better I guess.

I'm flying to Bangkok soon. 6 weeks of attachment. Kaan's flying to Cairns from 20th to 27th of Febuary. My exams are on the 21st to the 28th. Oh well, at least I know I'll be focusing on studies! I'm flying on the 6th of March, and coming back on the 16th of April. By then he might be gone again. Darn that national team. Wahahaha. No lar, just kidding. I think its great that he's in the national team again. Well at least he gets to do something he really likes. I guess school will still have to be on the top of the list for me. At least til I finish university. Sigh. I chose this route, I won't, and I can't give up halfway.
I'm really wondering how it'll be like being apart from him for so long. The longest we haven't been able to contact each other was for only 3 days. Since June or July last year, we've been seeing each other almost everyday. Oh well. I'll find out soon. First, the horrid mugging.
I've got to mug tomorrow!!! Going to send Kaan to delta for his match, then head down to raffles city BK to mug for metbio. I don't know what I am going to do about my enviro lar. Somehow, I don't feel like caring... Its his semi finals tomorrow. I guess I'll go support for the finals. I haven't watched a single match! Feel so guilty......

I guess this isn't a very interesting nor a very cheerful entry. Wahaha. Too bad!

I got a new printer though. It prints, it scans, it faxes, it copies. But I still like printing in school. Much faster. Hehhh! I can't wait for the semester to end though! Wahahahaha! Next semester has to be better! Yayyyyy!

Okie. I'll come up something more interesting the next time. Just thought I should update... =D
